"A wonderful hotel"

"The room was clean, no issues, the WiFi was pretty fast and the amenities were nice. The beds were comfortable, and the view was pretty decent. The area was quiet, so it was quite easy to relax. It was decently close to other important locations, like a grocery and the main train station, which was convenient."

"Place was hidden in a neighborhood off the beaten path. But the did a fantastic job at combining some homes together into a small hotel. It felt BRAND NEW. Like within the last year. Very clean. Cheap Mini bar. Restaurant and Severely over priced bar. A bottle of vodka in Brno is about 7 Euro give or take. They sold me a 70cL bottle for $86. That means they calculated how many tiny 30cl shots were in a bottle and charged me full price. That was just mean. Parking is Nightmare on Elmstreet. 7 spots in a really awkward dead end courtyard, with narrow entry. You will never turn around to get out. So back in and pray. It worked all but 1 night. As far as service, it was strangely difficult to get ahold of anyone to ask questions to. Front desk was always um manned. I could have walk out with anything I wanted to. Felt odd. Probably short staffed and hotel was fully booked. The place is nice, and comfy, with great showers!!! But food was way over priced, and the price of booze was just criminal. I mean CRIMINAL. But knowing that, I would definitely stay there again."

"This was much more than expected. The front desk was welcoming. The room was different but great, with ac. The wine was devine and the food was delicious, from the appetizer to the main course! We will definitely be back. We have to find a place like this in the states. "

"The absence of customer-facing people is a problem. I tried to get check-in instructions by emailing in advance, and calling the Penzion, but only got them on the day of my arrival. My room was separated from its wc and shower by a corridor which also led to the office. The curtain was coming off the curtain rail and the curtain rail was coming off the wall. There was no bedside light (I used my phone). Wifi was poor, dropping out for minutes at a time. I wandered round the public areas to try and find a stronger signal, but failed. The window opened directly onto the pavement and there was a certain anount of noise from passing people, other guests chatting outside the door and screaming young children across the street. When I checked in, the toilet would not flush. I found a member of staff in the morning and she arranged a plumber who fixed it. The bed was comfortable. The Penzion is in a residential street, about 5 minutes brisk walk from tram stops on two different routes. I actually walked there from the station but I wouldn't do that again. There is a good beer house / restaurant about 3 minutes walk away."
