I arrived around 11 and was taken to what they called a “tree house,” but in reality, it looked more like a Mumbai chawl disguised as “art.” The place was filthy—unclean bedsheets, no attached washroom, mosquitoes everywhere, and stagnant water surrounding the area. "Arrived on the Thursday, accommodation owner had no knowledge of my arrival and I was forced to contact hotels.com for the issue to be resolved. After this stay went ok. Room was clean and sheets changed without having to ask after 3 nights. Around 10 minutes walk to the beach but not an issue for me. Nothing stands out so an average stay. And for £18 a night not bad. "

"The hotel staff mislead us for pickup from airport. They refused to clean the room as we checked in after 7 by saying that they don't do cleaning at night. The staff was very rude no proper backup in case of power cut and we had to suffer for hours without AC or fan. Even the TV didn't worked and no dedicated staff for cleaning and other services."

"It has made a great impression in a very good way! If I’m going to north Goa in the future I will definitely stay here. Morjim Suset Hotel is one of the most beautiful properties that I have stayed at in Goa. Not only is it done up very well, the staff make the place even more enticing. Everyone is polite, helpful and co-operative. Morjim beach is just 5 minute walk from the hotel. The room was spacious with all basic amenities in place. Deluxe AC rooms have spacious balconies."
