"The fact that the entry code would be delivered the day of check in was not communicated so that caused some stress. We had to call in for a couple of things, but the staff was very responsive and friendly. The location is amazing just a short walk to Charles bridge. The property is old and rustic, but completely modern and comfortable. I would come back next time I visit. "

"I would give it a 5 stars BUT. it’s the hotel without reception only with self checking kiosk. So if you have an issue with check in application, in our case it was frozen on one page, you are actually stuck without help. And as a tourist that just arrived to Czechia I did not have local provider to make a call. So literally you are alone with the comp that at that moment didn’t work. It should be solution for such cases. "

"Very lovely hotel and the staff is nice too. I forgot to have cash on me for the per person hotel tax and they covered it for me, but I feel terrible about it. The rooms are nice with very modern bathrooms. Lots of Chinese propaganda channels on the TV service though!"

"As a hostel, it fit the bill. There is a tram stop right outside the property, however do not be misled on a map by the closeness of the metro station. It is on a bridge literally 50 to 60 meters or so above the surrounding area. So, it is a difficult walk. The city center is about 20 minutes by foot. Also, parking is about 50 meters away. Other than that, everything was fine. "

"The apartment was very spacious and clean. Decorated nicely and equipped with useful untensils. The apartment is directly opposite a bar but the double set of windows make the noise minimal. My only complaint would be the fact that the lift stops inbetween floors. I had my daughter with me who uses a pram so haviny to carry her up/down a flight of stairs wasnt ideal.
