Only issue is the king size bed: I do not know for whom an extra firm mattress is comfortable (model name is "Granite II"), but not us."

"This was a great property in every respect, except that we were boneheads and didn't realize that if you're going to go to Quebec in the winter, you should really just have a 4-wheel drive vehicle or stay in a hotel. The driveway was a little long and not flat, so the property wasn't the best fit for us, because - surprise, surprise - it snowed.
