What some guests may not like about our listing:
-The home was originally built in 1909. This means that it is not brand new or modern.
- We do not have central AC in the home, but we have plenty of window AC units to help you keep cool in the hot summertime.
- Parking can be tough in the area. Be prepared it can be hard to find spots at times. We are only given 1 parking pass by the city, so only 1 car can park for free. Any others will be paid parking.

Our house comfortably sleeps 8 with 4 full sized beds and there is also a good sized couch in the living room to fit a 9th person if you wish.. The home occupancy permits 9 overnight guests. House is professionally cleaned between every stay.

Complimentary WiFi, live TV via Roku TV and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with appliances such as a microwave, fridge, stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.

You can use the entire house and backyard. The place is yours while you stay.

There will not be any in person contact, unless we have to send a handyman out to fix something. We provide self check-in and enough instructions, that you shouldn't need us other than in unique situations.

We are also very accessible through the in-app messaging.

There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.

Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.
