Welcome to Viva LaVista, your luxurious escape nestled in a gated, all-paved community, where the breathtaking beauty of three states unfolds before your eyes. This three-bedroom, three-bath D-Log cabin is designed for those who appreciate finer details and nature's tranquility. As you step through the screened porch entry, you're greeted by the warmth of an all-wood Great Room, adorned with stunning hickory "live edge" trim and a soaring stone fireplace that reaches to the ceiling.

The heart of the cabin is the meticulously crafted kitchen, featuring hickory cabinets, granite countertops, and a stylish tile backsplash, all illuminated by under-cabinet lighting. Whether you’re whipping up a gourmet meal on the gas stove or enjoying coffee at the counter bar, this culinary haven is a delight for any home chef. The main level boasts a luxurious suite, complete with a ceramic tile shower, dual vanity,.  The master bedroom is on the upper level with large bath and private balcony.  The lower level includes a recently remodeled living area with pool table, bedroom ad full bath.  Just outside the lower living area is another porch with view and hot tub.

Be sure to take advantage of the free activities that our guests are entitled to.  Your first trip is on us!  Go Rafting, Ziplining, Trail Riding, Escape Room or Mountain Bike Rental and the first admission is on us.  This is a $50-$100 value per day.

Beautiful and Relaxing Viva LaVista
We went with my parents and had a fabulous time at Viva LaVista. The cabin is spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated and clean. The neighborhood was secluded and gated with curvy, steep paved roads. The house was easy to find with our GPS. Lots are large so you are not butted up close to another cabin. You are close to downtown Blue Ridge and Blairsville. We went to Living Waters winery in Blairsville and highly recommend especially if they have entertainment. Check it out. Some people might appreciate knowing that the beds are all fairly high and not easy to climb in and out of. This should not deter you from renting the place though. We actually bought a step stool and left it at the cabin for future renters. The beds were very comfortable. The views are beautiful and you can see a beautiful sunset from the decks and the hot tub! We would go here again and recommend it!
