"We love the location walking distance to the Arringo Square and Piazza del Popolo. Lots of restaurants and it was market day in the square. Bed was comfortable, clean, spacious room and bathroom. Bathroom has big bath tub no glass or curtain for shower so made sure not to splash water. They asked us our breakfast choices so we had scrambled eggs and toast. Staff were helpful. This was disappointing having booked a superior room. We were offered another room but there was only a bath with a hand held shower. "We enjoyed staying in the suite which had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen/dining/living area and a big balcony with a fantastic view of the ocean along lungomare. The hotel has a modern Zen design. The cleaning staff were amazing. The breakfast selection of fruits, cereals, eggs, cheeses, charcuteries, pastries were delicious and nutritious, and they also provided lactose free milk and soy beverages, also yummy cappuccinos. The only complaint we have is the uncomfortable beds as the mattress was too firm and hard, it felt like I was sleeping on a board which made my body ache so I did not sleep well. The hotel needs to provide better and comfortable beds for their guests. "

"This little hotel is a gem! Nicely renovated with a modern Italian touch, it's right by the beach and you can have a view of the Adriatic Sea from your room if you'd like. I highly recommend it! Breakfast was delicious and the staff is very courteous and happy! Would go back in a heartbeat."

Pleasant 2-night stay in Ascoli Piceno.

"The hotel was in the perfect position around the corner from the main square. When we checked in we were shown our room which was spacious but had no natural light. So we decided to take the first room which had a large bathroom/walk in shower. The amenities in the room were good although there was a bad smell much of the time. Breakfast was good and the service was pleasant. Reception staff were polite and helpful. We did not use any of the spa facilities. "
