"The photos of this property really don't do it justice. Amazing house, where the owner has really thought and anticipated all guests needs, with high quality furnishings, and amenities. The view is just glorious, and the beach was superb. Easy to get to from the airport, and easy to get to local attractions like cherokee sound, petes pub and the neem farm. Michelle was a fantastic host, incredibly responsive and helpful. Will definitely return on our next Abaco adventure"

"Could not have been happier with our stay. Myself and teenage son-had the king bed split into 2 singles, little kitchenette with all we needed, spacious bathroom with walk in shower...and sliding doors leading to the rear yard with access to canal and kayaks(or rental boat if you choose). Outdoor shower for washing off fishing gear/cleaning up before entering the apartment. Canal was quiet and full of sea turtles. Hosts were very helpful with rental car recommendations/dining/etc. We enjoyed Pete's Pub which was about 30 minutes away, and multiple restaurants in Marsh Harbor. Terrific people and perfectly clean space! Looking forward to visiting again. "

"I'm going to start with the simple, but most important thing about this entire trip is a proximity to the tranquil ocean. We were traveling with a 5-month-old. The house was equipped for an infant which was even more touching, but the ocean being just steps away from the front door made it just absolutely amazing. The hosts were able to connect us with car rental and fishing connections, all of which were local, seamless, amazing, and trustworthy. We're already looking to book again and can't wait to come back. The ability to sleep with your doors open, listen to the ocean and wake up and watch the sunset and the sunrise everyday is purely breathtaking. One of the best trips that we've taken in a while and we travel extensively to the Caribbean. We will be back for sure"

"This is a great property! The house is in perfect condition and fully stocked. Kitchen had everything we needed (including sharp knives which is rare in a rental). They have beach chairs and games available for use. The location, while a little further out, is exactly what we wanted. I wanted a place away from the crowd and we got it. It is like having your own private beach. The home owners are great to work with throughout the process. They communicated prior to the trip and helped us arrange a chef one night to come to the house. They are quick to respond and welcoming. If you are considering this house, go for it! It is fantastic!"

"We had a great holiday week over Christmas! We have visited several other islands in the Bahamas and every one is unique! The cool thing about this island is the abundance of sea life!This house is situated with the mangroves on one side and the ocean on the other. Right out the back doors we saw an ABUNDANCE of conch, sea turtles, sting rays, a barracuda, TON of star fish, a small nurse shark, pin fish, puffer fish, an octopus and bonefish!The house was spacious enough for the six of us to spread out and gather when we were entertaining. The boat that you can rent is a MUST DO! We had the time of our life on it and the experiences and memories we made will be cherished. "
