"The rating when I booked this holiday had dropped by the time we got there and the holiday did not live up to my expectations. One bed side light was dodgy with its connection so we didn’t use it and the other one didn’t have a lead long enough to reach the socket! Asked on arrival for this to be fixed, 4 nights later no difference. Drink service whilst friendly was slow. Cold drinks are collected by the staff from a fridge not in the bar area. "Lovely deluxe tent with a spectacular view. No luck tho and staff was unseen for the entire stay. Pool was very dirty and restaurant was close. The tent was great tho and we loved the area."

"Amazing hidden gem - well located for all the nearby activities of Kruger and blyde river canyon. The suites are huge with a lovely outdoor shower and great kitchen. The perfect terrace for bbqs and a plunge pool for when it’s hot. The owners are also really engaging with lots of advice on the area and quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend!"

That being said anyone booking through Expedia should bring as much supporting documentation as possible noting their payment. Despite having an email from Expedia demonstrating that I was already charged the hotel they hotel staff were insisting I had not yet settled my bill and ultimately I was pulling up my credit card statement to show them I had.
