overlooks a beautiful view and it`s framed by a lovely garden.

holiday with family or friends. It`s on two floors and it accommodates up to 14 guests.

Waking up and looking at the sea, diving in the turquoise swimming pool with a large furnished solarium area and a beautiful seating area under the porch. Villa Tamerici will allow you to live an extraordinary Apulian holiday. In the garden there is an outdoor dining area and barbecue.
The style and architecture of the luxury holiday home is well balanced with the rural context and the traditional architecture of Salento,
with its cozy rooms under star-vaulted ceilings, exposed natural stones
that recall the dry-stone technique which was used on the walls that frame the property.
Villa Tamerici is on two floors. There are the dining room with well-equipped kitchen and another kitchen on the lower floor. The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms and 1 four-bed room with bunk beds + 2 bathrooms on the upper floor; 1 double bedroom, 1 four-bed room and 1 bathroom on the lower floor.
In addition to the air conditioning, the washing machine
and the satellite decoder, Villa Tamerici is equipped with accessories
such as electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster, vacuum cleaner, meat
slicer, immersion blender.
The surroundings of Villa Tamerici
Villa Tamerici, less than 500 meters away from the sea of Torre Vado, is on a hill, in a residential area. Torre Vado is a small seaside town, near Morciano di Leuca. There are a small harbor and many restaurants and shops. The beaches of Pescoluse, such as Maldive del Salento, are a short drive away. Leuca, one of the most famous Apulian holiday destinations, is a few kilometers away.




- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Pool available from June to September.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit. 
- Mandatory midweek cleaning fee euro 50 every 4 days, not included in the price and to pay upon arrival.
