They do not have someone on site so they posted a phone number to call, but being from Canada we only had data and no ability to call so we had someone next door call them and then given a code to enter. They should email you the code to enter a day or two before arrival."

"Really rude staff at the reception desk. Charged me extra for the room, claiming I booked for 1 person, even though I had called and told the hotel that it was 2 of us. "

"Convenient location in between Malung and Mora. On the website I saw that bed linens and towels could be ordered ahead of time since we did not travel with our own. Cabin was clean. WiFi only worked in kitchen. TV was for DVDs only, no local channels. I didn't realize I'd have to supply my own toilet paper. When I would contact the staff, they would keep reminding us that it was not a hotel and that we would have to supply some items. I guess next time, we'll stay in a hotel."

"Ung värdpar som nyligen tagit över efter år av eftersatt underhåll, och det finns gott om ambitioner. Kommer att bli bättre för varje år som går. Välkomnande och hjälpsamma, supertrevliga. Bra frukost, ok stugor (se ovan). Dock väldigt rent så att det är slitet gjorde inget för min del. Stort plus att hundar är välkomna, bra leder direkt från boendet. "
