"We stayed at Leiwen for 6 days and had a fantastic time. It is a quaint, little German town on the Mosel. We walked everywhere in the town: information center, bakery, grocery, pubs, and restaurants. Took a bus to Treir, Mosel river cruise to Berncastle, car trip to Berg Eltz castle. The cottage was much more than we imagined. It had a very comfortable living area with back yard and patio."

"Het verblijf en de locatie was heel erg fijn. Onze hond was ook mee en met hem hebben we dagelijks tussen de wijnranken over de paden gewandeld. Ook veel het bos in geweest bovenop de heuvel. Genoten van de prachtige omgeving! Alle activiteiten die we hebben gedaan bevonden zich op zo’n 15- 45 minuten rijden. Maar voor ons was dat geen punt."

The only disappointments were that there was no coffee filters, facial tissue, and only 2 rolls of toilet paper. The check-in was electronic and there is no personnel on site to assist in any way.
