Conveniently located a 10-minute walk from Monvalle’s beautiful Guree beach, this is the ideal place to unwind and reset your senses.

Quietly situated on the first floor of a two-story building the property enjoys a sunny balcony overlooking the complex’s tennis courts and shared garden.

Inside this comfortable home-from-home enjoys an open-plan living area furnished with a small sofa, an armchair, a smart flatscreen HDTV and a dining table. This area also incorporates the kitchen which leads out to the balcony and is fitted with; a cooker hob, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine and a fridge freezer.

The property is situated in the charming village of Monvalle on the eastern shore of Lake Maggiore. The village is known for its traditional Italian architecture and historic buildings including The Baroque Church of San Biagio.

The surrounding area is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts. Visitors can enjoy various water sports such as swimming, sailing, kayaking, and windsurfing and will also find numerous hiking and biking trails that wind through the nearby mountains and forests. Sun lovers will enjoy Lake Maggiore’s beautiful Guree beach (a 10-minute walk) and the pretty beach at Reno (a 7-minute drive). Lake Monate (a 5-minute drive) and Lake of Varese (a 12-minute drive) also provide popular excursions.

Laveno’s car/passenger ferry (a 12-minute drive) will take visitors across to Intra where guests can enjoy Villa Taranto’s botanical gardens, the child-friendly zoo of Villa Pallavicino and the hiking opportunities of Mottarone. The beautiful lakeside promenade in Stresa is a 52-minute drive away and offers frequent boat tours to the Borromeo’s islands. Monvalle is also home to a handful of eateries and ‘Ristorantes’.

The closest international airport is Milan Malpensa (MXP), approximately a 42-minute drive from the property. Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of June 2024 to the 15th of September 2024

Wunderbare Ferien verbracht
Der Ort und die Nähe zum Sandstrand mit Schatten von Bäumen direkt am See und einer tollen Pizzeria machte die Unterkunft noch viel besser. Die Wohnung ist praktisch eingerichtet und hat Fliegennetze an den Fenstern, so dass wir nachts die Fenster öffen halten konnte. Super. Alles wunderbar. Wir hätten die Info, dass man nur mit Badekappe in den Pool darf vorher gebraucht, aber wir haben dann noch welche auf dem Markt gekauft und könnten auch den Pool genießen. Dankeschön
