"I booked this listing for a short getaway with my wife. The home was exactly as the listing described. About a 10 minutes walk to the beach and a 20 minutes walk to downtown hyannis. We ended up driving to downtown, plenty of free parking. The beds were softer than we typically prefer but that's subjective . Our host was accommodating and responsive and even allowed an early check in. I would recommend staying here!"

"What a fun time for my whole family! This charming beach cottage is beach themed decorated and so classy. The host was very friendly and got back to us immediately when we had questions. It was so easy and relaxing to have everything in one place (beach is literally steps away). My teenagers had just as much fun as my little kids. Had wine on the balcony of the master bedroom with my wife --with an amazing view of the ocean--this place is a homerun. Cant wait to return!"

"This is a lovely property near Mashpee. It is very close to the beach and part of a larger resort community. Very convenient to other areas (most of the Cape is within an hour's drive--Ptown slightly longer). Extremely quiet and comfortable. Lovely outdoor seating area. Very cozy. "

"Our group came out for the second time this year to this beautiful home. We have a training nearby and although there are other homes closer to the training site, everyone prefers a little extra commute to be on the water and stay at this home. The living and kitchen area are large and spacious and the neighborhood is quite but offers great options for food nearby. There are 4 of us and we each are able to have outlet own room and bathroom which is rare. Communication with host is great!...
