"We had booked this house, but after going to pick up the keys and seeing the property, decided that it was not suitable for our group. There was insufficient information on the site regarding the situation of the house - the map link was wrong and we had some difficulty finding the location (did not receive instructions from the host despite request). The house keeper requested several hundred Euro up front to cover cleaning fees, and bedding (not clearly stated on the information that bed linen and towels not provided), and a cheque to cover potential damage. This was not signalled at booking. The house set up meant that two rooms either had no easy access to a bathroom, or where loo paper had to be put in a bin (septic tank, I presume). This layout was also not clear from the listing. There were a number of things in the house that were flagged as broken that we should not use as they had been damaged by the previous renter. We were also told that we should only use the barbeque if we were prepared to pay a 100Euro fine if it was not considered to be adequately cleaned. The house sleeps 12, but access to the property up a steep single track, with no passing places and with limited space for parking at the house meant that it would be impossible to park and turn round three cars. This was also not obvious from the listing, and it would significantly help future renters to have better information on access clearly stated. "

"The property was damp and not clean to sleep in with the children’s bed being covered in dust when weight was put onto it. Furniture in the bedroom was green with mold spores. We only stayed a night as we arrived late even though we had booked for four as the smell of damp was cloying and overwhelming and the accommodation frankly unihabitable. We reported it to Vrbo asking for a refund and no help was provided sadly so we lost £500 of accommodation fees and had a disrupted holiday having to find an alternative place to stay. A real shame as the pool photo looked great and we thought it would a restful stay however this turned out not to be the case . The photos and listing are misleading. "

"House was terrible to find. Map the host sent us was unreadable. If we had typed in 'caravan lagorce' in our GPS we shoupdn't have had any problem. But that was our only bad remark: everything else was great."
