I never received a check in link, was left outside the hotel with no way to contact anyone and no where to go. I messaged and called the hotel to no avail! Never received a refund and no one has contacted me

Terrible experience. Arrived at 9 pm to the assigned room. The room was filled with tools and boxes. Tried calling the number provided and the call would not go through. Send messages on whatsapp and after 30 minutes somebody responded and send me the codes for a different room. The second room as well was not prepared and had boxes and cleaning supplies and no bed sheets, covers or pillows. Was send now to a third room that was in a better condition. But there wasn’t hand soap and the fridge was not working either. They told me a manager will get in touch with me the next day but as expected no body reached out. By the way the room codes were 0 followed by the room number which felt unsafe . You can literally unlock any room
