"A great property,very comfortable,needs a little TLC. Very well equiped kitchen,a great fridge,we had lovely evenings in front of the fire with our after dinner aperitif. A very relaxing oasis ,we all had great sleeps. Convienient location for exploring the Bordeau area. Easy train connection to Bordeau city,and very close to a great supermarket in Montpon. We had a great time."

We only saw her once outside of check in and check out and that was to bring some new umbrellas, but she was eager to help and provide us with information of the surrpunding areas. "Perfect in every way! The exterior grounds are breathtaking and the home was perfect for a group celebration. Every bedroom had a private bath, along with another full bath off the pool area. All amenities were top of the line and the hosts most gracious. We could not have picked a better place for visiting St Emilion, Pomerol, and out to the Dordogne region of Sarlat, Le Rowue Gageac, Domme & the caves. 5 stars!"

"Our third stay at this villa and the first with Fabrice the new owner, who has made numerous improvements. It was good before and is now excellent. The weather for our second week was wet and chilly, so could have done with the pool being heated, but understand this is one of the plans for next year. We will definitely try to go back again."

"Mr Onillon was a great host, meeting us at the property and again at departure. A genuinely lovely man. The property is very comfortable and well equipped. We cycled a lot and there are good routes both ways along the Dordogne with Bergerac 20k away, plus a number of Bastide villages all around. Bordeaux is an hour in a car and Sarlat, La Roque and Domme all around 90 minutes away. Huge supermarket 2 minutes away in the car and a big Saturday market in St Foy. "We stayed for a week while attending the summer retreat at Plum Village Lower Hamlet as commuters. The space is a small house on its own property in the little village of Loubès-Bernac and was ideal for us. Great spot to jump off from to explore this wonderful part of France. The hosts met us and did a brief tour and then were available to answer questions. "This property has lots of character. The views are glorious especially the afternoon sunsets. The property was well catered for. We prefered this proximaty to St Emillion, in a quiter rural village. However it is just a quick drive and you are able to enjoy all the wonderful restaurants and wine estate for which St Emillion is famous for. Perfect for a family or family & friends for a relaxed holiday."
