"The booking took place through Vrbo and then onwardly directed to Belvilla - no issues and worked well. House is a little dated but very well appointed as a rental property. The pool is amazing, heated which is a nice thing to have too! Slightly odd that bedding and towels not included and so we paid extra per person for bedding which was just left for us to make beds ourselves. "Our third stay at this villa and the first with Fabrice the new owner, who has made numerous improvements. It was good before and is now excellent. The weather for our second week was wet and chilly, so could have done with the pool being heated, but understand this is one of the plans for next year. We will definitely try to go back again."

"Perfect in every way! The exterior grounds are breathtaking and the home was perfect for a group celebration. Every bedroom had a private bath, along with another full bath off the pool area. All amenities were top of the line and the hosts most gracious. We could not have picked a better place for visiting St Emilion, Pomerol, and out to the Dordogne region of Sarlat, Le Rowue Gageac, Domme & the caves. 5 stars!"

"Rien à redire sur la maison et son emplacement très au calme. Aucun bruit pas de voisin, et un très bel espace jardin avec piscine et beaucoup de coins sympas avec du mobilier extérieur. The river nearby offered even more more great fun and activities. "This property has lots of character. The views are glorious especially the afternoon sunsets. The property was well catered for. We prefered this proximaty to St Emillion, in a quiter rural village. However it is just a quick drive and you are able to enjoy all the wonderful restaurants and wine estate for which St Emillion is famous for. Perfect for a family or family & friends for a relaxed holiday."
