Alors l’hôtel est super, très propre et au calme. Des volets électriques dans la chambre ce qui est rare et permet de bien dormir. Le SPA est super et les masseuses génial. Par contre la literie tellement duré que je me suis bloquer le doc et la nuque, dommage pour un séjour détente. Je ne reviendrais pas à cause de ca, alors ça dépend des personnes mais pour moi très inconfortable le matelas. Le SPA est interdit aux enfant de -16 ans dommage ce n’était pas notee sur le site pour les massages. J’ai du réservé en ville pour faites des soins et massages avec ma fille de 14ans, qui est accepter dans tous les institut sauf dans l’hôtel. J’ai pas vraiment compris, dommage car à la basse j’avais réservé dans cette hôtel pour le spa avec ma fille. Autres point, le restaurent est très cher et exceptionnel. Pareil pour le petit déjeuner, pour 17€ par personnes je m’attendait à un petit déjeuné exceptionnel alors qu’il est petit et pas varié. 17€ pour manger 2 tartines bon… Voilà les points d’améliorations à mon avis. Pour un 4 étoiles je m’attendais à des services un peut plus … mais pour un couples à qui la literie dure ne pose pas de problème l’hôtel est très bien si on ne prend pas les repas dans l’hôtel.

hébergement pour 4 mais manque beaucoup de chose, tasse pour 2, piles télé non fonctionnelles (d'ailleurs pile qui a coulé dans la télécommande donc problème ancien...) dans la chambre principal donc pas possible de regarder la télé ! traces de mains sur les miroirs, taches sur la moquettes, pas de sèche cheveux, pas de café pour 4 comme noté sur présentation...suspension dans la salle de bain cassé, support douchette idem cassé... par contre espace de vie très agréable car grand un 4 étoiles qui n'en vaut que 3 ! largement, mobilisation difficile mais aucune explications à notre arrivée alors qu'accès possible vers l'entrée du logement..

Un site avec du potentiel mais décevant et cher
L'hotel en soit est d'apparence attirante mais des problème d'état général et service malgré que le personnel soit aimable et professionnel (insuffisance de moyens). J'ai remonté mes doléances mais la direction n'a fait aucun geste. Pour les faits marquants : arrivée / acceuil : panne d'ascenceur du parking à l'acceuil 2 étage a franchir avec les bagages, très longue attente avec procedure d'acceuil très longue avec chaque client, 1 seul receptionniste, longue file. Chambre dans l'annexe , moquette et tissu des meubles tachés, mauvaise odeur dans les WC , pour 4 nuits 1 seule intervention de ménage "partiel" : le lit a été fait et poubelle vidée mais il n'y a pas eu de ménage général (au sens nettoyage surfaces WC douche) et le plateau d'acceuil n'a pas été regarni, ni la vaisselle remplacée. Le restaurant est bon mais plutot cher et la carte contient 4 plats et un menu. Pas de suggestion du jour Donc du choix pour 1 jour mais lassant au bout de 4 jours. AU dela de 150 € sans consommations ni petit dej par jour. Excentré par rapport à Montpellier. Malgré la présence du Spa très agréable la qualité est donc très en deçà du prix du séjour.

Très bon séjour - idéal pour la détente
La qualité des locaux est très bonne. La chambre est confortable et très propre. Le personnel est très à l'écoute et très agréable. Le repas de l'hôtel est très bon. Le côté spa est agréable pour se détendre bien que le côté hammam/sauna soit un peu vieillissant mais c'est largement suffisant pour se détendre. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.
