Nice place to stay in Montpellier
Good sized rooms with kitchen fully kitted with all appliances needed for a good stay! I got to the property late at night however was easy to find and a simple and straightforward checkin process. Located in a good area near a lot of things in walking distance and near the train station. Will definitely be back!

It’s a lovely apartment and within walking distance of everything, but no staff and I think an iron would be nice to offer the guest But I would return there in a heartbeat

Someone cancelled my reservation at the Coeur Urbain. I learned this only on arriving there on June 28th and had to find alternative quarters. I spoke with someone at Coeur Urbain who said that someone had cancelled the reservation. I urge you to look into this mis-communication and cancellation.

Tout est bien (propreté, organisation) par contre c'est très bruyant.... la chambre N°4 donne sur la rue de Strasbourg qui est très très bruyante, ... les bouchons d'oreille n'y feront rien, ... nuit éveillée assurée... ;-)

j'ai été surpris et séduit par le concepte. Les chambres sont spacieuses Les salles de bains très claires et propres. A quelques minutes de la gare Saint Roch Le système de récupération des clefs si arrivée tardive est innovant et sécuritaire.

Apartement complètement équipé avec quatre chambres loués. C’était agréable d’avoir toutes les facilités d’un apartement dont la cusine avec TV dans chaque chambre en plus du salon, Très propre et moderne et les personnes qui avaient loués des chambres étaient agréables et respectueuses. Par contre, ma chambre était sur une rue bruyante mais le priopriétaire avait laisser des bouchons pour les oreilles disponibles sur la table de nuit (belle attention du propriétaire). J’ai bien dormi sans les bouchons.
