"Hotel was close to Metro and bus route, walkable to shops & restaurant. The room was okay, only thing I would recommend is to put a mat in the shower, very slippery, I'm a senior and was afraid of slipping, had to hold the bar at all times."

"Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. We asked where we could get something to eat and front desk gave us great information. We also forgot to pack a converter for a European plug to US, and front desk lent us one and a hair dryer. Would highly recommend this hotel. We stayed for one night before we boarded our cruise ship."

"Pool is not for free. We complained and got it as exception for free, but it is advertised as free, but costs generally 40€ per person per 1 time."

"I was extremely disappointed as I did not receive an upgrade. The room I reserved had no possible upgrade and sadly nothing in lieu was provided. Front desk amazing. Buffet breakfast each morning was delicious and the staff wonderful. However a few issues. Our WiFi kept cutting out and would kick me into my data. Because of this I ran out of data for my last day which was extremely frustrating as it added another cost I was not expecting. Our room was nice but difficult for a family of 4 as the washroom was all open and we could only go 1 at a time. But the biggest issue we had was our room. When we arrived I was given false information about the bedding. Everything is goose down filled and Im allergic. The 1st night we got in late and nothing could be done so needless to say I didn’t sleep. The next day it was corrected however the bed had no sheets or pillowcases. Luckily it was mid day that we popped into the hotel or I would hve had yet another night of no sleep. "
