Rural Loft in Pisa Province with Magnificent views over surrounding Tuscany

The Loft apartment has been created from the renovation of the old warehouse of our 14 Century Tuscan manor, the architecture of the place is very striking and we have tried to maintain it's shape in tack by creating only 3 walls which are the confines of the bathroom, hence creating a large 140 meter square open space with amazing beams ceiling features (which are still the originals). It is composed by one double bedroom, large fully fitted kitchen, sitting room with large TV flat screen surround sound, a pool table that doubles up if necessary as a large dinning table, also a large mezzanine which has 1 twin/double room and a room with a king-size bed thus sleeping 5/6 people without touching sofas beds. 2 wc's, complete bathroom with shower.A huge American style fridge that dominates the room. The views from the apartment are spectacular especially at sun set, the 10 windows and 1 skylight that surround the apartment make it very light and cool as the breeze can captured from any side. The outside of the Magazzini is a typical courtyard dominated by the large well/cistern at it's centre, here one can relax and take it all in, or have a great barbecue day with friends or family. The guests are also allowed to wonder into the historical garden of the manor where a large trampoline is set for the pleasure of the children, also a table football and ping pong are available in the garden to use. The historical garden is used by the owners but there is plenty of space to find privacy, like on the large panoramic terrace of 200 square meters overlooking the valley, great at sun set, the smaller kids love to go and play here with their 2/3/4 wheel vehicles. It is to be noted that guests have the use of a very large 10 x 12 meter pool for cooling down on those very hot summer days. The pool has a beach type area for small children and it gradually descends to the maximum depth of 1.55 metres. A great pool for playing and relaxing, swimming length can be done across the 12 metres in the deep end. A large lawn for poolside activities such as football, badminton is set in between the pool and the terrace. Sun loungers for lazy sunbathers are available.
