is a portion of a semi-detached villa built in the 70s. it is located along the main road at the beginning of the village. the house does not have a heating system with radiators, but there is a fireplace and a wood stove (wood costs € 1.50 per 10 kg box). it is a large house consisting of 3 bedrooms (2 double bedrooms and 2 single bedrooms), 2 bathrooms (one with tub and one with shower), 1 kitchen (equipped with gas stove, refrigerator, sink, as well as cutlery, dishes and various pots), 1 living room with fireplace, 1 balcony and 1 large terrace. you can enjoy a spectacular panorama over the entire Farfa valley. there is an adjacent public car park and a bus stop. the house is located along the main road of the town 50 km from Rome. it is very easy to get there either by car by taking the Salaria road and following the signs for Montopoli di Sabina or the A1 motorway exiting at Ponzano-Soratte. with public transport it is even easier because from Rome Tiburtina there is the train every 15 minutes to Fara-Sabina and then there is the Cotral bus every 30 minutes to Montopoli di Sabina. in both cases, in less than an hour you can come and go from Rome. in the village there is a XII century church. and an Ugonesca tower.
