"Property was as described in a quiet location. Communication with the host was excellent and very helpful. Ideal for what we needed, short drive to Pontoise train station which provided a frequent service to Paris centre - about 50 mins.on the train. Thanks to Florian and Farid for hosting us."

"Our host Elisabeth was most gracious as we arrived in the dark of night and she could not have made our accomodations more warm and welcoming. This home is a gem, and having this as a home base in Normandy was a wonderful experience. I can imagine that stayingwould make i a 6-star+"

The excellent house facilities and outside garden, pool & seating areas provided that. The countryside around is beautiful, set on the edge of a small pretty village. "Comfortable bright and spacious home. Just right to accommodate our family to attend a family wedding celebration in Amuchy. Well equipped and very homely, good showers and large bath. Surrounded by peaceful countryside. Interesting visit to the cheese farm, and tasty cheese to buy. We had slight difficulty locating the property, as it is set back from the road and the gateway not clearly named. We used ‘what three words’ to guide our relatives."

"Really nice house in a peaceful scenic location. Very rustic, French house. Gardens are really nice with outdoor eating areas, seating, hammocks and ping pong. Location is great for catching a train from Vernon to various places - we traveled to Rouen and Paris. Laurent as host is very pleasant, relaxed and helpful!"

"I loved this Gite , it had traditional parts with exposed beams , all the bathrooms were nice and modern with fantastic showers. I loved the glitter paint in the master bedroom. The garden was gorgeous and so peaceful. The Gite was very central close to the river, bar and restaurants, the supermarket was an 8 minute walk away around the corner. There was a lovely walk up the hill to Chateau Gillard with amazing views. Also central to were we wanted to vist . We loved it."

"We stayed one night here to get out of the busy city of Paris. It’s in a remote location with not much nearby but was just what we needed for a recharge. Apartment was lovely, spacious, clean and comfortable. "
