"This is such a lovely place to stay, very family orientated. The staff are amazing and so friendly. The property, grounds and pool were spotlessly clean. You need to have a car to stay here really if you want to get anywhere as it isn't really walkable to much. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa which has everything you would expect and includes a full size fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. The site is gated and you are given the code on arrival. "We stayed at the Beatrix for a week in July 2015. We wanted a base to explore Garda whilst being able to walk into Bardolino in the evenings. The apartment was on the 2nd floor with a balcony off each room. We found the apartment basic and fairly clean although the bathroom could have been a little cleaner (toilet brush was disgusting) and the bathroom had a horrible smell. We payed for air con which was 50 euros but we expected this and this was good in each room. We expected to have towels...

"Incredible location. You step out the door and you're right in the heart of town. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 and the apartment was very modern and clean. Parking is a couple blocks away but it was an easy walk through the pedestrian alleys. We were blown away by the charm and beatiful setting of Desenzano. "

"Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es wurde ein Brötchenservice angeboten. Man konnte optional aber auch Frühstück im nahe gelegenen Restaurant Apollo hinzubuchen. Als GTS Gast gab es einen kostenfreien Shuttle von Tignale zum Strand. "The most disgusting, bug infested, dirty, run down “hotel” I’ve ever experienced. Every species of bugs you can think of almost. If you don’t like bugs, don’t come here. If you do like bugs, come here. I will dispute this, it was a nightmare from hell. I would not wish my worst enemy to come here. Bugs everywhere, wifi hardly works. Not close to the town, bad location. No taxis available either. Host is condescending and acts like bugs are acceptable. "
