"The place was great, clean, friendly staff. They offered a full and delicious breakfast. Our room was clean and nice but small - still it was great. Access to downtown was a short walk. Close to the metro (1km) which takes you to the airport. Car rental is nearby. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this place for your trip."

"The booking was confirmed on a 2nd floor, i got a 3rd floor, all switches dirty actually black, bed horrible mattress, there was a alarm ringing at 04 am on first night, and toilet cleaning very bad specially in the shower. Mean time I have lung emphysema and I complain about the floor as confirmation was to a 2nd floor they said that wasn’t for us chose the floor even if of the booking wouldn’t show that you were going to stay on a 3rd. So yes mainly was very bad "

"I have mobility issues and since our room was on the 2nd floor with no elevator a young female staff carried our bags to our room. Service above and beyond. Manager Pedro was also very welcoming."

"The location was good not to noisy or busy. Didn't realise it was right next to Benfica stadium and there were a couple of matches on while we were there. Bathroom was knackered, sink area needs replacing as water damaged over a long period of time. One dishwasher tab provided and a tea towel. No oven gloves or and other kitchen cleaning stuff. "The receptionist was very pleasant and efficient. I had a very early departure from the hotel (3:30 AM). She proactively offered to help me with transportion arrangements, a wake up call (from a real live human being -- they still have those in Portugal!) and a packaged breakfast to go. "

"I love the hotel too bad I couldn’t explore around neighborhood because my flight was early in the morning and I didn’t see anything but anyway your girls at the front desk are beautiful.
