"Accueil et capacité d'hébergement: ok, machines à café et fourniture pour petit dej : ok... mais literies ayant vécu ++ , tapisseries et peintures des années 80 ayant subies infiltrations et moisissures, installation électrique dangereuse avec fils dénudés, y compris dans la salle de bains !! Necessiterait une sérieuse rénovation et mise aux normes avant de figurer sur un site de location !!"

"Edwige (patronne) adorable disponible et serviable mais je pense endroit mal adapté pour 14 personnes (14 sportifs) . Ballon insuffisant (eau chaude très vite épuisé) et salle de convivialité (salon cuisine) un peu petite. à mon avis mieux adapté pour maximum 8 personnes. mais pas de regret tout de même car très bien accueilli ."

"Description was accurate except for the address. Address was the owner's residence not the advertised place. Strong smell of vanilla when we arrived but it did not seem to be covering anything in particular. We arrived late in the evening but the instructions were otherwise complete. The property description was accurate as well. We would stay again."

"This property is in a convenient location with lots of parking and close to anything you need in cambrai. Could be a good base for touring Vimy Ridge and other WW1 war sites. It’s spacious. We were a family of 4 adults and had lots of room. Many stairs in this house so make sure everyone is physically well. Cambrai is a lovely city that maintains its true French heritage. We will be back."

"die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Übergabe lief sehr freundlich und unproblematisch. Ruhige Lage am Ortsrand. Schöne Fahrradwege an den Kanälen - leider gibt es im Ort keine Fahrradwege. An sehr heißen Tagen ist der Wintergarten nicht gut nutzbar, d er keine Beschattung hat. "

"Das Haus liegt sehr zentral in der Nähe einiger Geschäfte und Bäckereien und in die Stadt ist es auch nicht weit. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt und zudem sind Wohn- und Essbereich sehr großzügig geschnitten. Es war ein super schöner Kurzurlaub!"

"We showed up to the house and it was disgusting. My wife cleaned the bathroom for 20 minutes and it was still too gross to stay. The WiFi did not work and the house was hot and stuffy. The worst part was that when we reached out for support the company that operate would not respond and VRBO would not support us at all with any of these issues. "Pros: Good location with free parking. Check in was quick. Its a coworking space with a gaming room. My kids absolute loved it. Huge common area you can chill out and grab a drink. Room was big enough for 3 persons. Cons: rooms allocated on the ground floor just right next to a bar table. People were drinking outside my room till 11:30. Difficult for me to get a sleep. Toilet was small and shabby. No air conditioning but it should be normal in France. It was abit hot if you sleep on the sofa...
