"Beautiful hotel with very good location in downtown La Spezia with easy access to the waterfront and local restaurants. Also has a rooftop bar which provides wonderful views of the promenade along the waterfront. Very clean and friendly place to stay…. No parking on site, but hotel has an agreement with a parking garage less that a block away."

"The staff were lovely, very clean ,a reasonable breakfast and they could cater for gluten free, it would be nice if there had been more fresh fruit. An easy walk into town , uphill coming back but not too bad. "

"I think the hotel should indicate that there are more than 50 steps to reach your room. Furthermore, when you reserve the address that is given is not the address where you will be staying. So the nice building shown is not where you will be staying. The information should be more transparent."

"Great location in La Spezia, just a 10 minute walk from the train station. Very centrally located in the main town area, close to supermarkets and lots of restaurants. Easy communication in the lead up to check in, and friendly cleaning staff. Modern and clean room - something to note is that the shower is very tight (coming from an average sized female). Not fully soundproofed, you get a bit of street noise and can hear the floor above when they move around but didn't affect my sleep at all. This was the perfect base to explore Cinque Terre, wish we could have stayed longer! "

"Fantastic 5* place. Excellent facilities for families with young kids. Super friendly and accommodating staff. Extremely clean rooms and facilities. Beautiful grounds. Restaurant food is great and accommodating for dietary requirements. Only downside is that the beach is basically inaccessible, you can’t even see it. There are loads of private beach clubs blocking it from public access."
