"Hotel was a bit dated, but very clean and very well operated. They had lots of snacks, cookies, freshbfruit and soft drinks for FREE! My back hurt for a couple of days because the mattress was a bit soft, but I slept well both nights. Overall a very good stay!!"

"Super sketchy!! The location was exactly what I needed because I come to Urbana to see my daughter who lives a block from there and spend nearly no time at the hotel (thank goodness!) Dirty, smelly room overall. Leaky shower faucets with a tub that didn’t drain well. Completely unsafe stairway they roped off with crime scene tape on my second day. Thankfully I didn’t discover the cockroaches until the morning I was leaving."

"We checked out of the hotel within an hour of checking in. For one, the hotel did not seem safe. The doors leading into the building from the parking lot had a broken lock on it and the window in our room had no latch. Mostly, we left becuase our room and the whole hallway smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke (we were in a non-smoking room). If you are not a smoker DO NOT stay in this hotel, you will be miserable. The only positive was that the man working the front desk was very polite and...
