Welcome to our beautiful home on Lake Cumberland! New for 2024, we’ve made even more updates for your ultimate getaway, including improvements to the deck and patio, plus an inviting 8-person hot tub to soak in after a day on the water.

This home offers breathtaking, Insta-worthy views of the lake, with an expansive deck perfect for relaxing, grilling, and watching the boats zip by. You might even catch a glimpse of bald eagles soaring overhead! The property comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, featuring a fully stocked kitchen, 5 queen beds, 7 Roku Smart TVs, 3 couches, and a game room with a 65" TV and pool table.

Deck & Hot Tub: Our spacious deck has been newly updated and offers plenty of room for outdoor lounging, grilling, and soaking in the fresh lake air. Relax in our 8-person hot tub while taking in the serene surroundings.
Bedrooms & Living Spaces: The home includes 5 bedrooms with queen beds and 3 cozy living areas. The master suite downstairs is your private retreat, complete with a luxury bathroom, walk-in tile rain shower, Bluetooth speakers, and moonlight lighting.
Entertainment: The game room downstairs features a 65” TV, pool table, and plenty of space for fun! All 7 Roku TVs are set up with Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Amazon Prime, and live TV. The house is equipped with 500+ Mbps high-speed internet, so you can stream, work, or game without interruption.
Comfort & Convenience:

We strive to provide a stress-free stay with all the essentials ready for you:

Linens, blankets, and pillows
Towels (1 bath towel per person)
Consumables like toilet paper (2 per bathroom), paper towels (2) , laundry, and dish detergent
Fully equipped kitchen with Crock-Pot, toaster, coffee pot, K-cup machine, pots/pans, dishware
Ready-to-use gas grill and a fire ring in the front yard (just bring firewood & folding chairs)
Please note: While we supply the basics, you may want to bring personal care items such as shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. And don't forget your groceries, snacks, and drinks!

Dining: Local favorites like Guthrie’s (9 min) and Texas Roadhouse (15 min)
Recreation: Enjoy the nearby water park, marinas, bars, and outdoor attractions
Though the home offers an amazing view of the lake, it sits on a bluff and does not have direct water access or a dock. However, there are plenty of local marinas nearby:

Conley Bottom Marina: 15 min (great for renting jet skis/boats and dining at The Boathouse Restaurant)
Burnside Marina & State Park: 10 min
Safe Harbor Beaver Creek: 31 min
Wheelchair Accessibility & Home Layout:

The home is two stories:

The basement (main entrance) has two wheelchair-accessible doors and includes the game room, laundry, and 1 bedroom shared with a living room.
The upstairs (accessible by stairs from the basement, deck, or front door) has 4 bedrooms, a living room, dining room, and kitchen.
Please note: Due to the bluff location, the backyard is not usable and is mostly fenced off. However, the front yard offers plenty of space for families to enjoy outdoor activities.

Important Notes:

No direct lake access from the property; marina and ramp information provided above.
The home has security cameras outside only (none inside).
Firewood and outdoor chairs for the fire ring are not provided—be sure to bring your own!
For seasoned boaters, Waitsboro Boat Ramp is only 5 minutes away but can be steep and tricky, so proceed with caution. Burnside Marina offers a more straightforward alternative just 10 minutes away.
