Exceedes expectations
Best Western Plus far exceeded our expectations. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We did use the pool and hot tub area. There were no towels available, however, the front desk quickly provided some. Breakfast was decent. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

My stay for 1 night was horrible. Me and my kids stayed at the parked all day, came to room a flying grasshopper in bathroom, also washcloth had old makeup on them, dingy. Request for more towels and desk person was not helpful, sheetts and bedspread was dirty and took pics, never again

It was a nice stay. But billing is an issue. When you opt to pay at the property they bill before you even arrive. We opted for this because we wanted to use a different card once we arrived. Had to go thru a refund process that took several days.
