"If you want to experience authentic Italy, add an olive farm. This is your place… It is very clean. Quite a drive to get there, make sure you do your grocery shopping prior to arriving. There is nowhere to purchase anything nearby. It is a 20 minute drive. The host mother and son are very lovely people. They do not speak any English however they are excellent with Google translate."

Hij zorgt er voor dat we ons meteen welkom voelden. Prachtig uitzicht op het Toscaanse landschap. Lekker eten in het locale restaurant van Linda. It is just a short stroll to Santo Stefano's main shops and restaurants, but in a quiet, residential location without traffic noise...just the sound of the waves. "The first available place is Porto St. Stefano is although 11 km. it is 22-23 minutes driving on very dangerous curving road stripped by abysses. Distance from the sea: approx 390 meters, very steeped. Air condition only in one room, sherd building, it is not possible to let the cold elsewhere. No wifi phone sigh is weak you can't create mobil net. Owner only speak Italian. Many thanks to Celice, the manger at the pool, ho help me with translation and in everything."

But everything is clean and in working condition. Electrical is not great. Power goes off regularly and you need to reset it at the gate to the driveway. "The villa is located in a beautiful setting in Tuscany. Our group of 18 had a wonderful time enjoying the pool, barbecue and property for four days. The property was very comfortable for all of us and it was the perfect way to end our MBA. "Everything about this cottage was stellar, the views, the amenities, the location. We were disappointed at the surrounding property has been impacted by drought or other neglect, so the vineyards were dead, and the olive trees under stress. The club and pool were never promised, but we hoped they might be available to us. Ocean access was via a rough path and very limited. Overall, I highly recommend this listing, but encourage transparency about the current conditions."

"The opportunity to stay in this quiet hilltop village is quite amazing and then there is the apartment, itself! Quite spacious with so many areas to relax, especially on either of the two terraces… the views. Anna Maria has everything necessary for preparing food and large, comfortable bedrooms to rest.
