The location itself was beyond lovely - situated amongst the vineyards, peaceful, and easy driving to Mt. Etna. Parking was convenient - a small lot across the road from the property. "This property was a great find for exploring Mount Etna. The room was basic but clean and soon soon felt like home after emptying your suitcase! Travelling with two teenage boys, we had a quadruple room and a view of Mount Etna from our balcony. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We had dinner on the roof top terrace and the food was excellent! We stayed for three nights and also ate at another excellent pizzeria 5 minutes walk away. Parking is limited but we always found a space opposite...

"It was a disgusting hostile. , from the moment we got there as a front desk lady with mad p***** off rude. Then they kicked us out after one night. I was so afraid to move when I was in the room that I. Was gonna need a tetanus shot with rust and mold and nasty sheets it was gross I hope nobody stays there because it did put us in a spot and they refuse to give us back our money."

"When we arrived at the gate we could not get in.so I phoned the owner who could not speak any English and was unable to communicate with me. I tried to get entry but she would not open the gate or let me in. I had to then go and find another place to stay that night at a lot of extra cost."
