"Wow! Excellent in every way. Fantastic spa, restaurants, bars. 2 minutes walk to shops. Stayed in platinum room so would recommend having balcony. The breakfast was the best I’ve had in my travels, wide variety of options and superb staff. The rigatoni restaurant just 30 seconds away was amazing food as well "

"Wonderful hotel in historic building on Mont Saint Michel with excellent rooms and a very nice restaurant. Staff was kind in having us place our luggage in a safe room after checking out so we could tour the abbey"

"Really nice, warm, clean, cosy hotel - slept well - great service - food was perfect with lots of choice - great entertainment - easy parking - handy location - would definitely book again"

"Room was pretty basic but quiet and comfy beds. Could do with a refresh though, especially the bathroom, small rust spots on sink and shower drain. Shower leaked but was actually ok once you were in. Staff were excellent though and the food was fantastic, we ate in the restaurant every night. Reasonably priced as well compared to other olaces close by"

"Staff were personable once we became acquainted and our experience in Bohemia restaurant was outstanding. Towels were changed on a daily basis which in an eco friendly world may be seen to be excessive? Overall, it was a pleasant week’s stay."

"Room bathroom looked "tired" and could do with a refit. Room was nice. Bar and restaurant were very nice. Staff were very good, very polite and friendly. Would stay here again if back in Jersey. Although not the best location as a taxi ride away from St Helier. Each way was around £12 but hotel was cheaper than ones around St Helier. "

"The hotel was in a lovely location around 20 minutes from St Helier by bus. The bus stop is just outside, and the bus service is very frequent and reliable. All the staff were wonderful, and I would definitely stay at the hotel again if I revisit Jersey. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the quality of the service, cleanliness, bar, restaurant, food etc etc. The employees were great too. However, the hotel is not ideal for someone that has impaired mobility or uses a wheelchair, because of steps within the common parts of the building and does not have a lift to access the upper floors' bedrooms. "Great hotel, staff very pleasant and helpful throughout. Room good size, large comfortable bed, bathroom with shower and bath. Ample toiletries supplied. "We had a lovely stay in this chalet cottage.... Beach is a short stroll away but if using the car there are generally plenty of places to park......Easy access to places of interest such as Mont St Michel and the Normandy landing beaches...... We really enjoyed our time here."

"Needed a place to stay last minute as i was too tired to put up my tent on a motorcycle tour in France. I was delighted to find this accommodation, which was a nice drive both through country lanes but also accessible from the main roads. The reception staff, Fabien and Anne Lyse were very welcoming, helpful and couldnt do enough to ensure my stay was comfortable. I opted not to have breakfast, and this resulted in me having 14 hours' unplanned sleep in a very comfy bed. Coffee is on tap and there is a bar and restaurant as well as nearby supermarkets and other stores. The room was clean and had everything i needed. There is a vending machine and drinks facilities to use out of hours. Google maps didnt bring me to quite the right spot, so if that happens to you just keep heading up the hill and it is on your right. "

Good hotel, good walking.

"Great setting of the hotel, upon arrival we were given an upgrade of our room. Nice and very large on the ground floor. A somewhat dated room but nevertheless clean and lovely. Parking was easy and on the large grounds. A quiet area. For dinner we decided to walk into town a walk of about 25 minutes. To begin with it was downhill and then levelled out and then up the hill towards the church. We are older citizens and the walk was no major challenge more a lovely walk. The town has many choices for dinner and is a nice place to walk around. Overall the hotel was a very good choice. Breakfast was a nice affair."

Lovely property close to the sea in Normandy

"Excellent place for a week with the family. Facilities good. We all loved the jacuzzi. Off road parking and really convenient location for visits to the Normandy beaches, Mont St Michel, Granville etc Lovely beach and dune walks locally and reasonably close to good supermarkets. Next time we'll remember that shops have different closure times to ours. Only downside was steepness of stairs but our senior was glad of the downstairs bedoom"
