Our family had a wonderful time, and the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. The sauna and indoor pool were perfect for winding down in the evenings with our kids after a day on the slopes. Overall, this place offered everything we needed for a memorable skiing vacation. "The communication with the accommodation was bad, largely because it was in French only and I don't speak French. On the day of Arrival we had a difficult Day because our GPS failed and we couldn't locate the somewhat remote location. With the help of a dog walker and the local tourist information in Evian we eventually reached the Complex late. During this time we range the accommodation several times, but no one ever answered.
