"On our penultimate day of a short jaunt through the Ardennes, we had an enjoyable time in Montherme, visiting the Roc la Tour also know as the Castle of the Devil! There was no chance of taking a boat trip on the river as everything seemed to have closed down, which was a shame as the boat was moored there and the timetable suggested it should have been going."

"This is a very bad experience. We have been “welcomed” by the owner by him closing the door in front of us and yelling at us that check-in time is 5pm, that he does not care about us having 6 hours of driving and being tired. We were puzzled at this behavior and at this man almost scolding us. Unfortunately this hotel is not a hotel: opening hours are at 5pm, earlier than that no chance.
