"Westotel is an excellent hotel and I would strongly recommend. However, the breakfast situation could be improved. By 8.15 am the breakfast room was becoming untidy and the staff didn't seem to notice. On day 2 there was not enough water to boil the eggs and it was lukewarm. And no yoghurts were brought out. One person let the side down. She was sullen and didn't give the professional care that the rest of the staff did."

"We booked a family room for one night and were pleased with an upstairs loft for the kids and a downstairs for the adults. The star was very pleasant and helpful, the breakfast was excellent, and there were several good dining options close by. A god choice for a stop at Beauvais airport."

"Great place with plenty of space for our family of 4. We had a unit with 3 bedrooms and a sitting area. Wish we were staying more than the one night as having access to the kitchen would have been great. A few options for dinner nearby. "

"The room was compact but well designed, includes A/C and radiator. Staff was helpful and spoke English. Location is located near shopping and restaurants within walking distance. A bus stop close by made getting to the airport easy."

"New hotel and rooms are pleasant enough! Just don't arrive out of hours otherwise you have to try your luck with the automated check in. This is not possible without your booking reference. You don't get this with a third party booking site! Good luck with the remote intercom and be prepared to speak some French if not native! Then the code should open the parking gate BUT doesn't if you don't pre-book parking - this wasn't an option on expedia and the intercom refused to add parking to the booking. Had to park on the street! I would rather pay an extra €10 per night for a real person! "

"Hotel a 10 min de l aeroport de beauvais, parfait pour une nuit. La chambre etait propre, nos voisins calmes donc pas de bruit. La salle de bain et les toilettes etaient propres mais vieillots, ils meriteraient un coup de jeune. Le personnel a l acceuil est sympathique, il y a un resto sur place que nous n avons pas testé"
