Did Not Stay at Property
Property was advertised on VRBO as a one bedroom one bath townhome. When we arrived at 8:30 Thursday evening, we were greeted by the property owner. She told us that the rental was actually for a one bedroom only and that the property was occupied by her. And the additional $81 for an additional night added to our original ation has not been received. Reached out to the property owner, but have not received a response. I’ve contacted American Express To dispute these charges. American Express has advised me that I should wait until August 20 to receive my refund. If it is not been received by August 20 that I should again contact American Express and they will move forward with the dispute. As a sidenote, I see the properties advertisement has been corrected to accurately reflect the rental as a bedroom only at this property.
