Very nice, cozy, and clean
We really enjoyed staying at the apartment, it was very neat and clean, decoration is boatful and has everything we need for the stay., except for washer and dryer; but Alisa advised that there is a washateria 10min from the house. The apartment is in the second floor, for us it was not an issue but it is something to keep in mind. The stairs are not as easy.
Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood.
The host was great. Alisa was always available and answered all our questions immediately.
The only complaint I have is not related to the host, but VRBO charged my credit card a warranty deposit of $1,500 for the reservation. Although it was confirmed that there was no damage at all in the apartment, I still have not received my refund. When I called customer service I was told it would take up to 14 days!! I just got an email stating that I would receive my refund in 5-6 days. I really don't see the reason and I am not familiar with the law to know if it is legally OK for VRBO to keep the warranty deposit for that long after the host confirmed that there was no damage at all in the property.
