The property has a hot tub, smoker, outdoor grill, patio, firepit and patio furniture which the guest is welcome to use. All guest under the age of 18 should be supervised at all times when near the hot tub. There is a rail road that runs along the South side of the property so you may hear occasional train noise. However, they do not blow their horn and we do provide noise canceling devices in all of the bedrooms in case of light sleepers in your party.
