Welcome to HipNautic on Lake Conroe. Escape to this beautifully renovated lakefront, 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo, perfect for families or small groups. Enjoy sitting on the back deck and watching the wildlife or simply enjoying the sound of the water rolling into the bulkhead. Conveniently park your boat along the boardwalk for easy access, right out the back door. We offer TWO stand-up paddle boards, outdoor and indoor games, floats, life jackets and easy access into the water! After a day on the water, unwind with some burgers off the outside grill or relax in the spacious living room with a 72" TV. This beautiful home offers close proximity to many wedding venues, lakeside restaurants, Montgomery TX museums, a winery, a brewery and shopping. Just 30 minutes to The Woodlands, TX, you will have plenty to keep you busy! This unique condo offers a wood burning fireplace and a private covered patio off the primary suite, located on the first floor. The primary bathroom offers a walk in shower and is suitable for someone with a disability. Two additional bedrooms are located upstairs and share an adjoining bathroom.

Lovely and comfortable condo on a lake. Secure and quiet. Comfortable beds, great kitchen and living space. There were seven in our party and plenty of seating. The host was very helpful.

Short vacation
Great clean place to have peace and quit time inside secured comunity buildings . The only thing we miss is beach to swim as they close most beaches and my family could not swim in the lake but the used the Public pool.I recommend the place to people who seek rest and quite time.

Fabulous place
Seriously a little gem. Right on the water, quiet, well stocked, and so comfortable. Owner was very easy to communicate with any issues or questions, beds were comfortable, home is laid out so that even with 6-8 people you don't feel on top of each other. Highly recommend and hope to return soon!

Multi generation family vacation
Welcoming and pleasant place to stay. The home has everything a family needs to enjoy vacation. I could only recommend the homeowners replace a recliner and maybe upgrade the upstairs mattresses. The homeowners supply so much for families to use and enjoy during the stay and the location is terrific! Highly recommend and look forward to staying again! Thank you for a wonderful vacation stay!

Photo's are very accurate of the 3 bedroom 2 bath condo. Fully equipped home and was perfect for young and elderly people to stay. First floor bedroom and 2 on the 2nd story. Great patio and water views.

Nice condo on the lake
Clean, tidy and well maintained condo on Lake Conroe. Decent amount of amenities and a large tv in the living room. Country club is right next door if you like to golf. Armed security at the front gate and routine patrols making sure miscreants stay out of the neighborhood. Lovely spot for a family vacation.

Great place to relax with the family
The home was cozy and comfortable for our needs. The view was great, the beds comfortable and the entire home was tastefully decorated. Parking in the two car spot was tight but apparently there is some guest parking that could be used.. Everything we could have needed was provided by the homeowners.
