Great Stay for a weekend event
Stayed here with my groomsman for my wedding rehearsal night. Wonderful home with plenty of space for parking multiple cars when you have a gathering.

Wedding weekend
Stayed at VRBO to attend a wedding of our daughter at the Big Sky Barn wedding venue nearby. Accommodations were great! Very comfortable and a beautiful home. Convenience to the Big Sky Barn/Iron Manor was great—3 minutes away. It was the perfect place to stay for the event.

We had a two night stay to attend a wedding right down the street from this house. Very nicely decorated had plenty of extra treats, coffee, snacks and even some soft drinks in the refrigerator. We would stay here again!

This house was by far the best house we have stayed at and we have stayed at plenty of homes. The house was very clean and the decor was stunning. The house comes with plenty of towels and has everything you need. We will definitely come back and stay here!

Great location near wedding venue!
We had a wedding at Iron Manor and rented the house for the weekend. It was a perfect location and the house is beautifully updated with lots of space. The house was also very nicely stocked with essentials for the stay including coffee, snacks, towels, etc! The host was wonderful to work with and very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend 10/10!!

Lovely House…even better host!
We stay in the area on the regular. We usually stay at the Bentwater Villas. Not anymore! The house was so clean and comfortable. The host even decorated the house for Easter! If you need a wonderful house with so many fine touches by the host…this is for you! We will be back for sure.

Hidden Gem
The Pearson Cottage is a truly unique place and hidden gem. What makes this place praise worthy is the extra touches the host adds for each guests stay. A fabulous home in a country setting, with delightful hosts!
This home was more than we anticipated. Easy to find, easy to enter. Great communication with our host and every amenity we needed, and more! The cleanliness was impeccable and the decor very homy. We highly recommend this property to those visiting the North Houston area. Easy access to I45 with small town communities very close. Our next visit to the Houston area, we will definitely check this property first.

Hidden Gem In Montgomery County
The Pearson Cottage was absolutely beautiful and a hidden gem surrounded by gorgeous trees. The host has outdone herself with the remodel. Her ability to restore this family home and capture the essence of its history with tranquil and unique decor was like stepping into a home from our favorite HGTV designer. The home is fabulous for one person or the entire family. I had to finish a writing project & enjoyed the quietness of the property while I waited for my husband. The evenings are so surreal and relaxing. Absolutely will stay here again.

Labor Day & LagerFest 2023
We absolutely loved Pearson Cottage! It is by far the best place we have ever stayed at and we have stayed in a lot of places over our 50+ years! There were so many extras and special touches that we are now completely spoiled. This gorgeous home is so beautifully decorated and has so much to offer! The beds were so comfortable that we didn’t want to get out of bed. We loved the bedding and towels so much that we replaced all of ours with the same brands. The owner, Crystal, is an amazing host and knows exactly what it takes to welcome guests. We will plan a stay in Conroe again just to stay here.

Home Away from Home
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cute house. It was only 5 minutes from the wedding we attended at the Bentwater Yacht Club. The house was furnished with everything we needed for our stay, and then some. The property is clean and well maintained. We brought our 3 girls who are 1, 3, and 5 years old. They had a great time and had plenty of space to play both inside and outside. Much better than the expensive accomodations at the Villas of Bentwater. The host (Crystal) was very responsive to any questions I had. She even returned the expensive earbuds I forgot when we left. Highly recommended staying here to anyone traveling in the area.

Beautiful home with lots of extra hospitality touches
I stayed here with my 5-year-old daughter on a long weekend trip to visit family in the area. The host did a wonderful job thinking and providing us with little thoughtful extras in case we forgot them. Which was greatly appreciated, especially since we flew to TX and got in late. The home is gorgeous, it looks just as the pictures show. The furniture, beds and towels were wonderful. We have all stayed at homes where we say, never again. Not here! Everything was new and clean. You can tell the home has hosted years of great family memories and the host has done a wonderful job conveying her love for the home. It sits just off the main road with a wonderful daily view of the neighboring horses, which we loved. I will absolutely stay here every time I visit the area. Thank you for opening your home to my family and for leaving the light on, Crystal!

Trip for my son's wedding
This home is the best location for attending a wedding at Iron Manner, which is less than a 5-minute drive away. The house is immaculate and decorated so nicely. There was plenty of room to spread out for my husband, myself, my son and granddaughter. There were many special touches including some super special snacks which my 16-year-old granddaughter devoured over our 3-night, 4-day stay. Even though the house is set back quite a way from the road, there was road noise in the master bedroom. But that cannot be helped by the host.
