"Overall we were very happy with our stay. Very clean unit, everything worked well, ski locker storage was nice, easy check in and check out process. A bit far from the Village (not walkable), but the shuttle was very helpful, driving and parking was not a problem."

"Check in was confusing I was told by different people that it was 4 pm 5 pm and 6 pm. Also a 10 am check out is too early "

"We had a great stay at Smugglers Notch. The accommodations were amazing!, Clean and updated. Exactly as advertised. The soaking jet tub in the master bath was heavenly after a long day of skiing! Helen (our VRBO owner) was responsive and informative. The skiing was great! The amenities were great! We will definitely be back! Thanks for a great vacay!"

"I am not one for negative reviews and realize hard to maintain, manage properties. But it is "on the market" as a rental and you have an obligation given that to manage a few things well for your customers. That is clearly not being done with this property. What started as likely pretty mediocre quality "camp" like structure has significant deferred maintenance issues. The outside entry way is essentially plywood, frost heaved pavers, peeling paint. Neat, quirky little inn

"This is a very neat little inn, with the original downstairs house portion dating back to the 1790s and the inn dating back to the 1890s. At the very bottom level is a lively tavern. The room was comfortable if small, which is to be expected at a place like this. Wonderful breakfast in the morning and a very friendly staff. "

"My husband and I were looking for a vacation away from everything and when we saw this property, we thought it fit the bill. It was a very scenic ride on the way there and once we reached Vermont we just took it all in, all the beautiful sights of nature at its best. Once we arrived at the house, it was just as described. We enjoyed the tranquility and the beauty of the location."
