Ski area of Montgenèvre connected to the Italian Space of Clavière and Sestrière "Via Lattea" (Lacteée Way): more than 400 KM of snowy slopes from December to the end of April.

Great chalet in good location
The lounge and dining area was great, with lovely views. The bedrooms were good although the kitchen was quite small, and the oven was temperamental.

Beautiful Montgenevre
Another fantastic holiday staying in Serge’s chalet in the picturesque Montgenevre. 2nd year renting the chalet and our 2nd visit didn’t disappoint.

Great chalet for group trip
The chalet is in a wonderful location near to the chairlifts, and is great for a group trip. Serge was a great host and very responsive to our needs. Bathrooms are all clean and modern. Some of the furniture could perhaps do with a bit of a refresh, and the 4-bed room is a bit cramped for 4 adults- would be perfect for 4 children. Overall, would recommend the chalet as a good place to stay in Montgenevre.

A really nice centrally located chalet in Montgenèvre with great views of the surrounding mountains. A great host who was very responsive during the booking process and ahead of us arriving.

Gezinsvakantie
De foto’s doen vermoeden dat het een nieuw appartement is, maar dat is niet zo. De meubels zien er een beetje afgeleefd uit. De ligging daarentegen is prachtig! Mooi uitzicht, dichtbij winkel, piste, ski school en lift. De toegang naar het huis is lastig, vooral als je in het donker aankomt. Het paadje zou weleens opnieuw verhard mogen worden. De eigenaar was (telefonisch) heel behulpzaam, het team wat het huis beheert had zo hier en daar wat steken laten vallen. We hebben een heerlijke week gehad.

Mooi ruim chalet met prachtig uitzicht.
We hebben een heel ontspannen verblijf gehad in dit grote chalet. Het was goed verzorgd, goede inventaris, veel schalen, grote pannen en de bedden hadden goede matrassen. Het balkon/terras is enorm en heeft een mooie ligging in de zon. Het is gemakkelijk om de verhuurder Serge te bereiken bij vragen. De ski’s lieten we bij de piste in een locker van de skiverhuur staan, Max. 5 min omhoog lopen en je bent bij het chalet. Kortom: we hebben genoten!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le chalet, tout et ta porté de mains pour les commerces, pistes etc. Seule bémol avec deux enfants de 2 ans l’es escaliers du chalet qui nous pas barrière de sécurité.

Très bon séjour
Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans votre chalet. Chaque personne y a trouvé sa place malgré les différences d'âges des enfants. Le chalet est très bien situé par rapport au centre du village ainsi qu'à l'accessibilité aux différentes activités proposées, qui sont d'ailleurs très variées, surtout avec des enfants. Très belle adresse à recommander.

Grand chalet pour 12 dans le centre de Montgenèvre
Chalet rénové récemment. Position dans Montgenèvre au top, proche des commerces. Bien équipé mais manquait le bbq et un fil pour sécher le linge ... Propriétaire à l'écoute. Je recommande cette location sans hésitation.

À 9 première semaine d'août
Je ne sais pas si j'aurais trouvé facilement le chalet, je cherchais un chalet du nom indiqué mais le chalet ne portait pas de nom. Heureusement mon fils arrivé avant l'avait reconnu. Il nous fut impossible de monter en voiture, avec un 4×4 cela devient possible. Nous avons cherché vainement le barbecue que j'avais relevé. Le chalet lui-même ne nous a pas déçus, les pièces sont nombreuses, chacune équipée de sanitaire. Il y a de l'espace. De plus le cadre de Montgenèvre est agréable, le temps fut de la partie. En résumé un séjour agréable quand on est nombreux.

Magnifique séjour avec tres belle vue
Tres beau chalet bien placé sur les hauteurs du village. Magnifique balcon pour prendre son déjeuner au soleil. Avantages chambre avec leur sanitaire Petit bémol pour la petite qui passe par la chambre 5. Plus délicat si nous sommes pas en famille. Il ne manque rien dans les matériels cuisine.
