Tucked behind the Cathedral this location had it all—half-timbered, old city charm, restaurants, shopping and a nearby metro for a quick trip to the train station. The house is well equipped and our stay was very comfortable. She was out of town for all our stay but the last day, & that's OK. She said we could use her washer once she returned for a cost of 5 euros. "Un très bon moment passé au Gîte Liberté. Nous fêtions les 30 ans de notre fille en famille, c'était top. Bonne communication avec notre hôte, une maison suffisamment grande pour ne pas se marcher dessus, et tout le nécessaire pour ne pas s'ennuyer quand il pleut. Nous avons beaucoup aimé cette maison, très spacieuse, bien équipée, dans un superbe cadre (très joli jardin paysager, face a l'étang de Paimpont). De très belles pièces de vie dont un salon avec une cheminée où nous avons passé de bons moments en famille ! Nous garderons tous de très bons souvenirs de ce séjour. "Firstly a big thank you to the staff - without doubt they make this aparthotel welcoming and are very helpful. The car park is easy to access & secure. The room we had was fine, reasonably modern with everything we needed. Being on the first floor we did suffer from quite a lot of fan noise from the next building if we wanted to keep the window open. The gym was a bonus. The position of the accommodation is a 10 to 15 minute walk to the centre though buses are available. It's a pleasant area...
