"We were so thankful for the home like hospitality after traveling for a week and a half through hotels. This boat house was the perfect place to recharge before more tourist travel. Although it is pretty far from Amsterdam proper by train and about 20 minutes by ride share, the benefit is that you are in the heart of Aalsmeer a quaint little town with charming shops, restaurants and grocers. "The host was wonderful, however the property is beyond tiny. It is impossible for 4 people to fit and absolutely no where to put luggage, toiletries, etc. Unfortunately, due the size we actually couldn’t even stay a single night. The host did provide a refund for cleaning services since we were there less than a few hours. Last comment is that it is not accessible without a car."

"The property is close to the schiphol airport. The noise is very annoying. The planes are starting during the day every few minutes. In the night there are less planes starting, but I woke up frequently. The terrace on the roof is nice. There's no possibility to take a walk around the property."

"Unterkunft entsprach unserer Erwartung, liegt direkt im Hafen, viele Boote, umzäuntes Gelände, sonst nicht viel drum rum. Der Ort Leimuiden fussläufig ca 15 min. Wir haben die Lage des Objektes genutzt, um die großen Städte zu erkunden: Den Haag, Rotterdam, Amsterdam. Ab dem Nachbarort fährt der Zug, wenn man sich die Parkgebühren, die teils immens sind, sparen möchte. Die ruhige Lage des Objektes war super, Einkaufen kann man im Nachbarort."

"The room/apartment was excellent and huge! Very modern and clean. We had almost everything that we needed, no hand soap or towel in the separate toilet. These were found in the bathroom, so it was a little odd that you had to leave the toilet and go into the bathroom to wash your hands. The kitchen was fully equipped but would’ve been a nice idea if they offered to fill the fridge on arrival with basics like milk, bread or drinks, especially if arriving late.
