"Tucked into the jungle it is definitely a Sanctuary. Monkeys and birds greet you along with an amazing view of the sunrise. A short walk to the water falls and Butterfly Brewery. The owner is a sweetheart and her hotel shows that. Everything about my stay was great"

"The staff is perfecto. Our family room (2 queen beds) had Air Conditioning but none of the rooms have windows that open. No TV. The sister property Ylang Ylang shares their wonderful pool on the beach with a 7 minute beach walk form Sano Banano"

"Great view and very comfortable Only down side was old plastic lounge chairs which broke as soon we sat on them. Unfortunate, as i have a bad back and there was 2 wooden longers by the other rental not being used.Would recommend"

We stayed in Montezuma which is actually a small community on the beach a few kilometers from Cobano. Montezuma's biggest surprise, the absolutely wonderful food, fresh ingredients,quite fairly priced, properly prepared and excellent presentation.

Loved the small bohemian aspect; cute and charming town. The waterfall hike was amazing; so many wonderful restaurants & romantic spots for long walks by the beach. Had lunch & healing massage right on the beach-hotel Amor Del Mar (ask for Cecelia)!
