Staff is very friendly and helpful. They have only the most basic toiletries. I forgot shaving gel and they couldn't help. Breakfast is adequate but after 10am cannot even buy a coffee.

A nice hotel
A nice hotel. Practicably located in the city. Nice and clean rooms. Hotel staff did not speak English which I expect in a tourism industry facility. I got passed asking with google translate, but it is difficult to ask for directions. Not being a native English speaker I expect this to be the go between different languages. But the staff was super friendly and tried to understand. A recommended stay.

Ugh, what a nightmare! Air conditioning leaked all the time. Staff ignored DND. Bathroom was disgusting and overall cleanliness was dodgy at best. Internet sucked. Old, dilapidated property in desperate need of renovation.

Um inconveniente
Tive problema com o secador de cabelos, no frio é impossível lavar e não secar. Ele estava quebrado. Avisamos à recepção, que fez todo esforço , mas mesmo assim, passamos 2 dias aguardando resolver, até que conseguiram outro quarto pra ter acesso ao secador de lá. Achamos um inconveniente. Depois nos pediram desculpas e ofereceram café da mamha como cortesia.

Estivemos nesse hotel antes para 3 noites. A estadia foi tranquila. Retornamos para segunda estadia, e recebemos uma quarto maior, porém, o secador de cabelo estava quebrado. Avisei na recepção logo ao chegar. Já estamos no segundo dia e continua quebrado, diserram que não tinha niguem pra ajeitar, mesmo passado o dia todo hoje. Diseeram que seria amanhã... NÃO nos deram outra opção de quarto nem secador. Por estar muito frio, fica impossível lavar o cabelo, então estamos impedidos de lavar. INACREDITÁVEL!

Otimo custo benefício e localização.
O custo benefício é ótimo pela localização. Todos são muito atenciosos, prestativos e simpáticos. O atendimento é sensacional. Os quartos precisam de uma modernização. Notamos que a área do cafe da manha foi recém reformada e está ótimo. Acredito que siga também para os quartos.

Estadia insatisfatória.
O hotel é bem antigo. Está bem localizado no bairro de Punta Carretas. O quarto em que pese ser espaçoso tem móveis bem antigos, a pia estava saindo um cheiro terrível de esgoto. Em que pese o quarto contar com cooktop, microondas e chaleira não tem qualquer tipo de utensílio doméstico, apenas copos, ou seja, sequer dá para utilizar os eletrodomésticos que lá estão já que não tem onde cozinhar ou prato para colocar a comida. O café da manhã é péssimo, quase não tem opções e itens pareciam velhos, durante toda estadia serviam um queijo tão duro que parecia estar lá a dias. O staff é solícito e atencioso. Em resumo, o hotel não é barato para o que oferece. Tem outras opções bem melhores na mesma rua.
