Plenty of dead moskitos covered the walls additionally. Mold in the bathrooms and strange stains. There were doors instead of windows and no fly screens at all. "We stayed one week in one of the appartments outside of the castle. We had the big one (No. 1.B) with 4 bedrooms. So a lot of space for 4 people like us, it might be a bit more cosy with the supposed 8 people max. capacity. The environment around the castle is great, pure Tuscan, great views of the countryside and most of the Tuscan attractions are close by to be reached within a daytrip.
