"The property was very nice and secure. Breakfast was included and consisted of fresh croissants and meats, three varieties of each. Coffee, tea, bread and jams were in the room upon arrival. "A tad off the beaten track, this is a quaint, country small bed and breakfast. Extremely clean, spotless throughout. Breakfast was somewhat limited, but the quality was good, including freshly home-baked bread. The hotel is near a hydroelectric dam and in the middle of an apple orchard region. WiFi sadly not good. Not too much around in the evening, so you need to travel for restaurants."

"Casa da Carmen is a lovely property, everything is brand new and functions well. The breakfast was beautiful and the service very attentive. The hot tub and the views are incredible.
