This beautiful cottage is situated in a very quiet position approximately 700 m from Montescudaio village, between fields of wheat and volive trees.. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with garden furniture to spend many hours relaxing outside. The 180 m² apartment which is available for our guests, is on the ground floor and the first floor and has been completely renovated a few years ago. It consists in a large living room with dining area and a walled kitchen with dishwasher and huge fridge. Three bedrooms with double bed, and one with a single bed. Bathroom with WC and shower nad a small bath without shower. Sat – TV and central heating. Washing machine in separate room. The furniture has been adjusted to the typical Tuscan structure with its stone floors and wooden beams, it is comfortable and rustic with Tuscan details.

Ruhig gelegenes großes Ferienhaus
Das sehr sehr schöne Ferienhaus liegt in ruhiger Lage und bietet viel Platz zum Entspannen. Der Strand sowie viele schöne Ortschaften sind trotzdem schnell zu erreichen.

Schönes Landhaus, sehr sauber, in toller Umgebung, nicht weit von Meer. In der Nähe gibt es alles, was man braucht. Erholsamer Urlaub!

Sehr schön!
ein sehr großes und angenehm eingerichtetes Haus auf einem riesigen Grundstück, auf dem man viel Platz hat für Ballspiele aller Art. 10 Tage waren leider etwas zu kurz. Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Hält, was es verspricht
Wir waren das zweite Mal mit 8 Personen da. Das Haus war in sehr gutem Zustand, kleine Extrawünsche (z.B. zweiter Tisch für draußen) wurden von der Vermieterin umgehend erfüllt. Wir haben uns gut erholt und wollen auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Großzügiges Haus,
geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gut ausgestattete Küche, sehr sauber, gute Betten. Leider nur eine Dusche, sonst für 6 (-8) Personen sehr schön. Der Garten ist leider sehr uneben (schlecht für Sport und Spiel), es gibt keine echte Terasse, die spartanischen Gartenmöbel standen auf dem Exrasen. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß, wir haben Feigen und Wein geerntet; für Granatäpfel war es noch zu früh. Da das Grundstück nicht eingezäunt ist, sind zweimal morgens Jäger darüber gelaufen, es wurde auch geschossen; nicht so ganz das Wahre... Das Haus liegt in einer Senke, durch die ein leider sehr stinkendes Wässerchen läuft. Das war teilweise recht unangenehm. Der Ort ist sehr niedlich, mit Aussicht; Lokalen, Bäcker, Fleischer und Tante-Emma-Läden und nur 5km zum nächsten Weingut.... Zum häßlichen, nächstgrößeren Ort Cecina muss man das Auto nehmen, kann dann aber auch an verschiedenen Stellen ans und ins Meer! Ausflüge zu Sehenswürdigkeiten sind leider immer mit viel Autofahrerei verbunden; vor Ort kann man einiges Nettes zu Fuß erlaufen. Wir waren mit zwei Familien dort (alles Erwachsene) und hatten einen schönen Urlaub, würden aber nicht noch einmal hinfahren.

Wunderschöner Familien Urlaub!
Wir waren mit unserer Familie (5 Personen) im August 2012 im La Serra. Wir haben uns ab dem ersten Moment total wohl gefühlt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und auch sehr gemütlich/geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Garten hatte alles zu bieten wovon man träumen konnte – frische Feigen, Mandeln, Brombeeren und Granatäpfel (leider waren die noch nicht reif). Der Besitzer kam vorbei um uns zu begrüßen und versorgte uns gleich schon mit frischen Brombeeren. Die Strände von Cecina Mare waren gut zu erreichen und es gab genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir haben auch einige tolle Abende in der Bar in Montescudaio verbracht, die man zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten erreichen konnte. Auch die Metzgerei im Ort ist sehr zu empfehlen – guter Prosciutto und freundliche Leute. Am letzten Tag brachte uns der Besitzer noch eine leckere, selbstgemachte Brombeermarmelade vorbei. Toller Urlaub!

Sehr schöner Toscana-Urlaub
Wir waren im Juli 2011 zu fünft - 3 Erwachsene und zwei Teenager - für zwei Wochen im La Serra Nuova und wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und geräumig, wir hatten zu fünft ausreichend Platz. Es ist mit antiken Möbeln ausgestattet und die Küche enthält alles, was man benötigt. Wir waren begeistert von dem großen Garten (Park) mit schöner Aussicht auf Montescudaio und tolle Sonnenuntergänge. Der Weg zum Ort ist nicht weit und zu Fuß in ca. 10 Min. zu bewältigen. Montescudaio ist ein ruhiger, kleiner, uriger Ort mit verwinkelten Gassen und einer tollen Aussicht. Es gibt kleine Geschäfte und einige Restaurants. Supermärkte (z.B. coop mit großer Auswahl an frischem Obst, Gemüse, Fleisch und Fisch) gibt es in Cecina, ca. 15 Min. mit dem Auto. Freie Strände befinden sich zwischen Cecina Mare und Bibbona, hinter dem schönen Pinienwald. Die Entfernungen zu den Kulturstätten sind nicht weit, wir haben Ausflüge nach Florenz, Pisa, Siena und Volterra gemacht und einige der umliegenden kleinen Orte besucht. Wir fanden, das Haus ist ideal, um einen interessanten, abwechslungsreichen und erholsamen Urlaub zu verbringen und empfehlen es unbedingt weiter.

Ein erholsamer Aufenthalt in der Toscana
Wir (2 Personen) waren mit Auto und Hund vom 29.05.10 bis 13.06.10 im La Serra. Das Haus hat uns besser gefallen als es nach den Bidern zu vermuten war.Die Räume sind ausreichend groß; bis 5 Personen können gut untergebracht werden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben uns für das nächste Jahr vormerken lassen. Die Nähe des Dorfes fanden wir sehr angenehm. Das Haus liegt eingezäunt in einem sehr schön angelegten Areal mit Olivenbäumen und Weinstöcken. Der Ausblick geht ins Grüne, das Meer ist allerdings nicht zu sehen. Der Besitzer des Hauses hat uns mit selbst gekelterten Wein versorgt. Wir waren mit unserem Hund sehr oft am Naturstrand bei Cecina. Im Pinienwald herrscht ein sehr angenehmes Klima und man kann kilometerweit laufen. Wir waren früher meist in Hotels am Strand, aber immer mehr schätzen wir die Individualität in einem freistehenden Ferienhaus. Ulrike und Horst
